Report email delivery and tracking
Report emails and a follow-up delivery confirmation are sent through Resend. The confirmation is triggered when the recipient mail server accepts the report email, and each message is tracked separately. When tracking is enabled, a tracking pixel and redirected links record delivery events, detected email opens, and detected link clicks to help resolve report delivery problems. Resend processes the recipient address, email content, and technical event data.
Our order records associate email events with the purchased report. Local event records exclude full report access links, IP addresses, and browser identifiers. Detailed local events have a target retention of 180 days, subject to deployment of the deletion policy; order-level summaries follow the order retention policy.
Email delivery means acceptance by the recipient’s mail server, not guaranteed inbox placement. Open and click signals may be affected by privacy settings or automated scanners and do not prove that a person read the report. This disclosure and the applicable retention and consent requirements need professional review before production tracking is enabled.
